    The first step is to book your consultation. Once booked, you’ll receive a secure intake questionnaire to complete before your appointment. This allows us to thoroughly understand the functional impact of the disability and prepare in advance.

    After your consultation, we finalize your documents and send them directly to you. You will receive draft language for your medical practitioner (if applicable), guidance on next steps, and clear instructions for submitting your application to the CRA.

    You won’t be charged until after the appointment and forms are complete.
